Compatible Pairing

Add devices to eWeLink using compatible pairing mode when quick pairing is not available.

To enter compatible pairing mode, set the indicator to blink constantly.

  1. Please unplug and replug the device from power supply.

  2. Long press pairing button for 5 seconds until LED indicator blinking twice and on.

  3. Long press pairing button for 5 seconds again until LED indicator blinks constantly.

To pair light bulb or humidifier, turn on and off three times instead.

When the LED is blinking constantly, the device is in compatible pairing mode. Tap "Next" to proceed with pairing.

If pairing keeps failing, check whether your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. See: Check your WiFi Band.

Bluetooth Pairing

Add Bluetooth and WiFi Bluetooth combo devices to eWeLink using Bluetooth pairing mode.
