Link with Samsung SmartThings

1. Preparation

1. Download and install the Samsung SmartThings app on your phone.
2. Sign up for a Samsung account and log in to the Samsung SmartThings app.

2. Link Samsung Account on eWeLink App

Step 1: Find SmartThings in eWeLink

Open the eWeLink app and tap the "+" button. Tap the Link icon. Find SmartThings and tap Link.

Step 2: Start Account Linking

Tap Link SmartThings/Samsung Account. Enter the Account Linking page, then tap GENERATE TOKEN.

Step 3: Sign in to Samsung Account

You will be asked to sign in to your Samsung account. Enter your Samsung account email and password to finish logging in.

Step 4: Generate Access Token

Name the new access token and select "Devices" under "Authorized Scopes". Scroll down and tap GENERATE TOKEN. You will get the created token — copy it.

Step 5: Submit Token and Link Account

Paste the token in and tap Submit. Your Samsung account has been linked successfully. Tap Sync devices.

Step 6: Sync Devices

Select the devices you want to sync, then tap Confirm. The synced devices will be displayed on your eWeLink app.

3. Link eWeLink Smart Home on SmartThings App

Step 1: Find eWeLink in SmartThings

Open the SmartThings app and tap the + sign at the upper right corner. Select Device, find eWeLink and tap it.

Step 2: Select Device Type

Select Switch/dimmer, then choose eWeLink Smart Home, and assign the location and room for your device.

Step 3: Log in to eWeLink Account

Enter your eWeLink account and password, then tap Log in. After successful login, you can see the synced devices. Tap Done.

Step 4: View Synced Devices

You can see the synced devices on the devices page of the SmartThings app.
